Create an account

TennisLadder accounts are free for players. You can sign up in the app or on the website, and the same account works in both places.

Sign up in the app

The app signs you in with a code sent to your email. You do not need a password.

1. Open the app and tap Continue with email.
2. Enter your email address.
3. If you are new, enter the name other players should call you. Use your real name. Names with digits are not accepted.
4. Check your email for a 6 digit code and enter it. On iPhone, the code can fill in automatically.

If the code does not arrive, tap Resend code after 30 seconds. After 5 wrong tries the code stops working, so request a new one.

Your first few steps

New accounts get a short setup. Each step can be skipped:

1. About you: pick your skill level (NTRP 2.5 to 5.0+, or "Not sure") and your city.
2. Ladders near you: join a ladder in your city, or start one.
3. Done: you are in, with a suggested next step such as challenging someone or inviting friends.

Sign up on the website

1. Go to Create your account.
2. Enter your name, email address, and a password.
3. Open the verification email we send you and follow the link.

Signing in later

In the app, you always sign in with an email code. A password is optional. You can set or change one in the app under Settings, and use it to sign in on the website at Log in.
