Report a score

Either player can report the result. Rankings update as soon as you submit, and your opponent gets the result by email.

Report in the app

Tap Report score on your accepted challenge, or the report button on the ladder.

1. Opponent: already filled in when you start from a challenge. Otherwise, search the member list.
2. Who won? Tap I won or your opponent's name.
3. Sets: tap a score chip for each set, such as 6-4. Scores are entered from the winner's side, the way players say them: "6-4, 3-6, [10-8]". If your opponent won a set, use the toggle to flip it. Tap Other for unusual scores.
4. For a tiebreak set like 7-6, you can add the loser's tiebreak points.
5. At one set all, the last row offers a full set or, where the ladder format allows, a match tiebreak.
6. When? Choose Today, Yesterday, or Earlier.
7. Tap Submit. The button reads your result, for example "Submit: You won 6-4, 6-3".

The chips only show scores that are valid for your ladder's match format. If something does not add up, such as 6-5, the app explains the problem and offers one tap fixes like 7-5 or 7-6.

Match ended early

If your opponent retired or you ran out of time, tap Match ended early? and choose Opponent retired or Time ran out. The last set can then be unfinished.

Already reported

• If your opponent already reported the same result, you are all set.
• If your opponent reported a different result, you see theirs. Choose That's right, or Something's not right to appeal it.
• If you already reported a match with this player that day, choose Replace it, We played twice, or Cancel.

After you submit

You see your new rank. You can then add the court, up to 6 photos, a private note only you can see, and share the result.

Report on the website

Open your ladder and choose to report a match. Pick your opponent, enter the sets, and submit.

Made a mistake?

If you reported the match and no appeal has been decided, open the match and tap Withdraw. Rankings go back and your opponent is told.
