Plans and pricing

Players always play free. Organizer plans add more players, ladders, and tournaments.

Players always join and play for free. Plans are for ladder organizers and clubs.

Organizer plans

Every plan includes all ranking systems and singles and doubles ladders.

  • Free: up to 10 players and 1 ladder, with admin seeding and entry fee collection.
  • Community: $25 a month, or $240 a year ($20 a month). Up to 25 players and 2 ladders, with email notifications. For neighborhood groups and community organizers.
  • Club: $79 a month, or $790 a year (2 months free). Unlimited players and ladders, tournaments with brackets, your logo and colors, and an analytics dashboard. Club runs up to 5 tournaments at a time.

Passes

  • Season pass: $39 once for 90 days of Community.
  • Tournament pass: $15 once for one tournament.

App prices

In the app, plans and passes are bought through the App Store or Google Play. App prices are higher to cover the store fee: Community is $29.99 a month or $284.99 a year, Club is $92.99 a month or $929.99 a year, the season pass is $45.99, and the tournament pass is $17.99. Whichever way you buy, you get the same plan.

Upgrade

  1. On the website, go to Pricing and choose a plan. In the app, open Plans for your organization.
  2. Pick Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Complete the purchase.

To manage an existing plan on the website, go to Billing.

A plan bought on the web is managed on the web. A plan bought in the app is managed in the App Store or Google Play. In the app, Settings has Restore purchases and Manage subscriptions.

Entry fees

To collect entry fees, connect your organization to Stripe for payouts. Players pay when they join or register, and the money goes to your account. A 3% platform fee applies to collected payments, plus Stripe fees.

Common questions

What if I go over my player limit? Existing players stay. New players join a waitlist until you upgrade or someone leaves.

Can I downgrade? Yes, at any time. Your data is kept, but some features may become unavailable.
